The ground rules for using RAVEN. Plain English, no surprises.
By using ravenleads.net, joining the RAVEN waitlist, applying as a servicer, or submitting a match request, you agree to these terms. If you don't, please don't use the site. "RAVEN", "we", "us" means RAVEN Leads LLC.
RAVEN is currently in pre-launch. The site displays planned features, pricing, and categories that may change before full launch. Waitlist entries and founding-member pricing referenced on this site will be confirmed in writing before any charge occurs.
RAVEN connects homeowners with vetted servicers based on trade, service area, and availability. We do not sell the same lead to multiple contractors. We make a good-faith effort to match you quickly, but we don't guarantee that any given job will be matched, accepted, or completed to your satisfaction.
Homeowners and servicers contract directly with each other for the work performed. RAVEN is not a party to that contract, does not perform the work, and is not liable for the quality, timing, or outcome of services rendered.
Servicer subscriptions are month-to-month. Founding-member rates are preserved as long as the account remains active without lapse. Cancellation stops future charges; refunds for partial months are not provided unless required by law. Severe misconduct, repeated negative reviews, or loss of licensing may result in removal from the platform without refund.
RAVEN is free for homeowners to use for matching. There is no subscription, matching fee, or commission charged to homeowners. Homeowners pay servicers directly for the services performed.
The RAVEN name, logo, site content, and platform design are owned by RAVEN Leads LLC. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute them without written permission. You retain ownership of the content you submit to us (job descriptions, business info) but grant RAVEN a license to use that content to operate the service.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, RAVEN's total liability for any claim arising from use of the platform is limited to the amount you have paid us in the preceding twelve months, or $100, whichever is greater. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. We don't warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
We may update these terms as RAVEN grows. Material changes will be reflected here with a new "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, announced by email to affected users. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maine, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts sitting in Cumberland County, Maine.
