RAVEN Leads LLC ("RAVEN", "we", "us") operates this website at ravenleads.net and provides matching services connecting homeowners with vetted local servicers. You can reach us at hello@ravenleads.net.
We only collect information you actively give us, including:
We do not require accounts or passwords at this pre-launch stage. We do not track visitors across other websites. Our site uses minimal cookies — only what our hosting and forms require to function.
We do not sell your data. We do not rent, lease, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes. RAVEN is not an open lead marketplace — we do not resell the same lead to multiple contractors.
Inside RAVEN: only the people needed to operate the platform. When you're matched to a servicer, that servicer sees the job details and your contact info so they can complete the work. Our form provider (Tally) processes submissions on our behalf under a data-processing agreement. Our hosting provider (Vercel) serves the site.
You can request a copy of the personal data we hold on you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it entirely. Email hello@ravenleads.net with the subject "Privacy request" and we'll respond within 30 days.
We keep waitlist and applicant data until RAVEN launches in your area plus a reasonable follow-up window, or until you ask us to delete it — whichever comes first.
If we update this policy in a material way, we'll note the new "Last updated" date above and, when appropriate, notify affected users by email.
