Champagne Lead Gen, a sole proprietorship operated by Dominic Champagne in Saco, Maine, doing business as RAVEN ("RAVEN", "we", "us"), operates this website at ravenleads.net and provides matching services connecting homeowners with vetted local servicers. What we collect

We only collect information you actively give us, including:

• Contact info (name, email, phone) when you join the waitlist or apply as a servicer
• Job details when you submit a match request (project type, location, description)
• Business info (trade, service area, license/insurance details) for servicer applications
• Any message content you send us directly

We do not require accounts or passwords at this pre-launch stage. We do not track visitors across other websites. Our site uses minimal cookies — only what our hosting and forms require to function.

Automated phone verification (servicer applicants)

If you apply to join RAVEN as a servicer (contractor), you may receive or initiate a phone call to complete identity verification. This call is handled by an AI-powered voice agent on our behalf.

What happens during the call:

• The call opens with a mandatory verbal disclosure explaining that it is recorded and AI-processed
• You are asked for explicit verbal consent before any questions are asked
• If you decline or hang up, no verification data is collected beyond the call timestamp and phone number

Information collected during a verification call may include:

• Your full legal name
• Your business or company name
• Your trade or specialty
• State(s) of licensure and your contractor license number
• Your primary service area
• A brief description of your business operations

How this data is handled:

• Calls are recorded and transcribed for verification purposes only
• Transcripts and structured verification results are stored in secured internal systems accessible only to RAVEN staff
• This data is never sold, shared with third parties, or used for marketing
• You may request deletion of your verification record at any time by emailing champagneleadgen@gmail.com

TCPA notice: By calling our verification number or consenting during an inbound verification call, you acknowledge that the call may be processed by automated technology including artificial intelligence. You may withdraw consent and request data deletion at any time.

How we use it

• Match homeowners with qualified servicers at launch
• Notify waitlisted users when RAVEN opens in their area
• Review and onboard servicer applicants
• Respond to inquiries and provide support
• Improve the platform based on aggregate usage patterns

What we don't do

We do not sell your data. We do not rent, lease, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes. RAVEN is not an open lead marketplace — we do not resell the same lead to multiple contractors.

Who sees your data

Inside RAVEN: only the people needed to operate the platform. When you're matched to a servicer, that servicer sees the job details and your contact info so they can complete the work. Our form provider (Tally) processes submissions on our behalf under a data-processing agreement. Our hosting provider (Vercel) serves the site.

Your rights

You can request a copy of the personal data we hold on you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it entirely. Email champagneleadgen@gmail.com with the subject "Privacy request" and we'll respond within 30 days.

Data retention

We keep waitlist and applicant data until RAVEN launches in your area plus a reasonable follow-up window, or until you ask us to delete it — whichever comes first.

Changes to this policy

If we update this policy in a material way, we'll note the new "Last updated" date above and, when appropriate, notify affected users by email.
