When do I have to pay (as a pro)?
Founding 5 members get 4 full months free — billing starts Month 5 at $79/mo. Pros who joined through a referral link get 50% off ($39.50/mo) for the first 3 months, full $79/mo after. Public-rate pros pay from day one.
Why does it cost $5 for homeowners to join?
It's a one-time $5 fee — pay once, then submit as many job requests as you want, free, forever. Two reasons we charge it: (1) it keeps the platform serious so every pro knows the homeowner has skin in the game, and (2) it funds RAVEN's operations without us needing to skim per-lead fees from the pros. If we can't match you with a vetted local pro on your first request, you get a full refund. Active RAVEN pros are exempt — the fee is waived automatically when you submit using your pro email.
What does "exclusive territory" mean?
Once you're in, no other pro in your service area gets added to the platform. Your area is yours as long as you stay active.
What if I want to cancel?
Cancel anytime, no penalty. If you cancel and want back in later, you'd rejoin at whatever the public rate is at that time — the founding rate doesn't carry over after cancellation.
How many jobs can I expect?
It depends on your area and the time of year. During the founding period, volume will be lower as we build the homeowner side. That's why the first 4 months are free for founding members — we want you to see real value before you pay anything.
Which trades is this for?
All of them. HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing, framing, painting, flooring, landscaping, general contracting — if you do skilled trade work, you can join. We onboard the early adopters in each category as founding members.
Where does RAVEN operate?
New England — Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and Connecticut. We stay local on purpose. Better matches, real accountability, no platform pretending to know your zip code from 2,000 miles away.
