We started in Trades and ADU because the signal was loudest. The network expands wherever there are servicers to vet and jobs to match.
Every servicer goes through a 4-step vetting process: (1) active license verification for their trade, (2) current insurance certificate on file, (3) background check, and (4) minimum 4.0-star Google Maps rating with at least 10 reviews. Only after all four pass do they enter the network.
Yes. Consumers pay $0 to describe a job, see matches, and book. The network is funded by servicer subscriptions. There are no commissions or hidden fees — the servicer you book pays a flat monthly fee to be in the network, not a cut of what you pay them.
If a matched servicer doesn't show, cancels last-minute, or does substandard work, we re-match you immediately at no extra cost. Servicers with repeated bad outcomes are removed from the network. Your review is what drives accountability — the system is only as good as the data flowing through it.
We're currently in the founding member period — no payment is collected until the network goes live. When it does, you'll be notified before your first charge and can cancel at any time, no questions asked. Your founding rate ($79 or $149/mo) is locked permanently once you're accepted. If the network isn't delivering jobs worth your subscription, we'd rather know and fix it than keep your money.
